Description
Red wine 100% Pinot Noir. Manual selection of the bunches. 95% of the bunches are destemmed and the remaining 5% remain with the stems. Maceration for about 18 days. Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts at a temperature between 18 and 15°C. Discover the French oak barrels.
Malolactic fermentation. 12 months of aging in barrels and subsequent fractionation.
