ECLAT EXTRA BRUT
Sparkling wine Traditional Method. Composition 67% Chardonnay 33% pinot noir. Style Extra Brut. Bottle 750 ml.
ESTATE – CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2022
Wine of intense red-ruby color and purple highlights. Very complex nose; raspberry and black pepper aromas with mineral notes. In mouth it is a well-structured and full-bodied wine, with sweet tannins and a long, lingering finish.
ESTATE – CHARDONNAY
100% Chardonnay white wine. Fresh and light with a golden color with greenish reflections and aromas of white fruit such as banana and pear, and citrus fruits such as lime, accompanied by some mineral notes. In the mouth it is delicate and balanced
ESTATE – MALBEC 2021
Ruby-red color wine with violet highlights and fruit-bearing aromas of cranberry and plum. It is well-rounded and bold wine, yet fresh and opulent thanks to its sweet tanins and good acidity.
GRAN RESERVA – MALBEC 2016
Red wine with a deep red ruby color and violet highlights. Presents fruity aromas such as red fruit and ripe cherries. Very elegant, smooth and fresh inmouth, also shows a long persistance.
GRAN RESERVA – PINOT NOIR
Red wine 100% Pinot Noir. Manual selection of the bunches. 95% of the bunches are destemmed and the remaining 5% remain with the stems. Maceration for about 18 days. Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts at a temperature between 18 and 15°C. Discover the French oak barrels. Malolactic fermentation. 12 months of aging in barrels and subsequent fractionation.
GRAN RESERVA FIANO
100% Fiano white wine, with golden reflections. On the nose, it exhibits aromas of white flowers such as jasmine, and spices. It has a fresh and dry entry, with a long persistence on the palate. The aging is mainly perceived in the aftertaste.
RESERVA – CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2019
Intense red ruby color wine that presents a very complex bouquet, with aromas of red fruits, black pepper and mineral notes. In mouth, it is a full bodied, well structured red wine with round tannins and a lingering finish.
RESERVA – MALBEC 2018
Red ruby color wine with purple hues. Fruity aromas such as blueberry and plums, which result in a rich and harmonic bouquet. In mouth, it presents avelvety entry, a fresh and yet well-structured aftertaste due to it’s sweet tannins and good acidity.
RESERVA – WHITE BLEND
White Wine Reserva; Fiano 50%; Chardonnay 45% and Sauvignon Blanc 5% grapes; Year 2022; bottle of 750 ml. / Alc. by vol. 13;5%
